Fun with Scallops


I think fresh, wild, local sea scallops are my favorite non-dessert food. I’m always inspired to buy them (from the amazing Greek market near me- they get them fresh from the docks daily), prepare them, and most importantly, EAT THEM! And I try do so at least once a week, if not twice. They are just so cute and tasty, and they’re surprisingly budget-friendly and filling.
